A Summer Like No Other

Hi Scrap-A-Latte Friends,

It’s been so long since my last blog! Like everyone else, I’ve been busy navigating the ever-evolving circumstances we find ourselves in these days.

During these past few months, I’ve gone from providing curbside service at the shop, to regular trips to the post office to mail out orders, to being opened for in-person guests, to preparing for smaller, socially-distanced classes at the shop. Through it all, I’ve had the opportunity to stay connected with Scrap-A-Latte friends through nearly daily live videos too. So thank you to all old and new friends who have been so supportive and continue to be such a vital part of our creative journey together.

I’ve been working to bring in something new on a regular basis. This week, new Prima (Pumpkin and Spice pictured below plus Sugar Cookie) and Echo Park’s Halloween and Christmas lines hit the shelves. Other paper collections from Echo Park, Simple Stories, PhotoPlay, P13 and Graphic 45 are on their way too.

Then there are goodies from many of your favorite stamp companies including Hero Arts, Concord & 9th, Waffle Flower, Impression Obsession, Lawn Fawn and more. There are fun new tools and mixed media products arriving at the shop too.

So with summer days winding down and new uncharted school days about to begin, we find ourselves longing for things to get back to normal. In the meantime, let’s continue to do what we can to enjoy creative time together either virtually or through small in-person get togethers (like the one we shared during several seatings at the August Kiwi Lane Club Members meet up).

Thank you again for your continued support and friendship. Stay safe and let’s keep creating!
