What a wonderful time with Suzy West this weekend. We kicked off her visit with a stop on the lower east side of Manhattan for dinner at Katz's Deli ... a NYC landmark. Then topped off with tasty gelato!
Friday, she was busy hanging out with my cropping friends, and she made some beautiful samples that are now scattered all around the store. Great inspiration! The evening was all about winding down around the fire pit with smores of course! (And those who watched Suzy on FB live on Friday evening know that she gave new meaning to 'stop, drop and roll.')
Saturday, the day started with a lovely walk through the woods at the end of "Chateau Miller" and then the two days of workshops got underway. Everyone loved, loved, loved the Doodlebug 8x8 album project, and the six tags just filled with fun layers! Sunday Suzy wrapped things up with a wonderful workshop all about using pocket pages to maximize your scrapbook layouts.
Suzy's coming back mid-November, so watch for registration details so you don't miss out. In the meantime, here's a little video of this weekend's wonderful time together!
