Well, it seemed like summer would never get to Long Island, but it's here at last! There's nothing like waking up thinking it's Friday, only to realize it's Saturday (woo hoo!). The sun is shining, flip flops have been dug out from the back of the closet, the scent of sun screen is in the air -- and so is the smell of burgers on the grill! It's a happy time of year for sure.
