Look Who's Coming to Scrap-A-Latte!

Look who's coming to teach a workshop at Scrap-A-Latte!

How exciting to welcome the first guest teacher to Scrap-A-Latte. Stephanie Smokovich, owner and designer of Bella Blvd, will be teaching a workshop on Wednesday, May 20. The festivities will begin with a special Meet & Greet at 6 p.m., followed by the workshop from 7 to 9 p.m. Registered participants will have fun creating one coordinating two-page layout and two single-page layouts. Workshop samples will be shared in the coming weeks.  Until then, don't delay if you want to be part of this event, as requests are being handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so please call Scrap-A-Latte at 631.482.9190 for further details and to reserve your spot.

Let us share a little more about Stephanie...

She's the sole designer behind the recognizably colorful Bella Blvd brand. When she's not traveling to teach workshops like the one she'll be providing at Scrap-A-Latte, you'll find her in her turquoise studio office at Bella Blvd in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Bella Blvd is her baby -- a company she started more than seven years ago. It's a place where she expresses her passion for drawing, scrapbooking, design and teamwork. She thrives under pressure and is most happy when she's truly inspired.

As a young girl, Stephanie dreamed of being an illustrator for Disney movies. She'd draw and draw, filling up sketchbooks. Fast forward seven years and, today, she's the proud owner of a boutique scrapbooking brand found in independent scrapbooking and paper crafting stores worldwide.  Her favorite part of designing products for crafters is the timeless nature of her work. Forty years from now, Stephanie might find herself at a neighbor's Tupperware party and spot a beautiful quilt or family scrapbook featuring a piece of her work. She finds it extremely fulfilling to help others document their priceless memories and life's stories.

On a personal note, Stephanie is married to her beau of seven years.  In September 2014, they became first-time parents to their little boy, Hunter. In her spare time, she enjoys running, trying new recipes, traveling, decorating, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, freelance photography and taking care of their first little baby, Mio, their dog.

We cannot wait to share what's surely going to be a wonderful time together!
