I'm just so happy to share that Ken Oliver's coming to teach three new classes at Scrap-A-Latte. He's taught here several times, and we find him not just extremely talented, but such a patient, kind and "chill" kind of guy!

You'll make four beautiful ocean-inspired 5x7 pieces that are intended to be cards. But since I live near the beach here on Long Island, I plan to frame them as a series for my crafty space! Class cost is $115, with a class kit that includes nearly $80 in product that you'll use in class, but then also have to take home with you to create even more! You get:

2:30 to 5:30 / Saturday, October 5th / Unmixing the Mystery of Mixed Media
In this class, you'll make a beautiful 12x12 piece. Class cost is $115 and it includes more than $70 in product for you to take home (including the frame!). You get:

10 to Noon / Sunday, October 6 / Galaxy Cards
In this class, you'll make six beautiful 5x7 cards (envelopes are included). Like the Under the Sea class, these can be used as cards or framed goodies for your crafty space or that of your besties. In this class, you'll learn to use Ken's Galaxy Color Burst and Liquid Metals on his water media paper. Dies used for the class may vary a bit from those shown in the samples below. Cost is $65.
